Box Office Information & Policies

The Box Office is open Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Box Office is located at 812 E. Rollins St., Suite 300, Orlando, 32803.

*Tickets purchased within 5 business days of a concert will not be mailed but

will be held at the concert venue’s Will Call Window  and are available for

pickup anytime during the two hours prior to the concert.

Lost Tickets

If you have lost or misplaced your tickets purchased through the Orlando Philharmonic Box Office or on www.OrlandoPhil.org, call (407) 770-0071. The Box Office will issue a seating pass for your original seats when you arrive at the concert (this cannot be mailed). We cannot replace tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.

Concert Courtesy

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Pagers, cell phones and all alarms must be turned off  prior to the start of the concert. Text messaging during a concert is also strongly discouraged as the light distracts other patrons around your seat.

No cameras or recording devices are permitted without the prior written consent from the management of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.
