It’s Opening Night of the 2020–2021 Season and Music Director Eric Jacobsen has designed a program to showcase the virtuoso musicians of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra! We welcome Violinist Simone Porter back to the stage for a performance of Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto. The evening concludes with a performance of Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No 4, commonly nicknamed “Fate”. The emotive work will have you on the edge of your seat from the very first note!
In the event of inclement weather, there will be a rain date of Sunday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m for this concert. All tickets will be honored if the rain date is used.
