Vincent Kiray joined the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra in May 2019 as Principal Horn. A northern-New Jersey native, he started the horn at age 15 and studied with Kyle Hoyt, horn professor at Montclair State University. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Juilliard School under the tutelage of Erik Ralske, Principal Horn of the Metropolitan Opera. While at Juilliard, he studied baroque and natural horn under Todd Williams. Vincent has played with the Naples Philharmonic, Charleston Symphony, Brevard Symphony Orchestra, Orlando Opera, and Orlando Ballet. He has spent summers at the National Repertory Orchestra, Taipei Music Academy and Festival, Brevard Music Center, and the Texas Music Festival.
