Free Parking and Shuttle Service from The Plaza Live

  • This parking and shuttle service is free for all ticket holders.
  • Leaving from The Plaza Live (425 N Bumby Ave), with non-stop service to Exploria Stadium.
  • The shuttle will run from 5:40–6:55 p.m. before the concert.
  • The final shuttle will leave The Plaza Live at 6:55 p.m., and will not return to pick up any more patrons after that time.
  • This shuttle will also be available at Exploria Stadium to return patrons to their vehicles at The Plaza Live starting at concert intermission, and running after the concert. Return shuttle pick-up will be in Lot D at Exploria Stadium.
  • This shuttle is only available for those who parked at The Plaza Live and cannot make any other stops at any additional parking lots.

Surface Lot & Overflow

  • Paid parking lots are available in three locations. These lots will open at 5:30 p.m. on concert night:
    • 777 West Central Blvd.
    • 805 West Central Blvd.
    • 630 West Church St.
  • Parking is available through the City of Orlando in surrounding city lots. For parking information, click here.
  • Parking can be purchased in advance via Park Whiz.

  • Please note: tickets for the event are mobile-only and printed tickets are not accepted. We recommend you save your mobile tickets to your Apple or Google wallet on your mobile device prior to arrival.
  • If you are unable to access your digital tickets, please reach out to Orlando City SC at tickets@orlandocitysc.com or 855-ORL-CITY. The Ticket Office, located on the SE corner of the stadium adjacent to Gate A, will also be open for patron assistance on the day of the performance(s).

Face Mask and Temperature Check Policy

  • All patrons over the age of 2 will be required to be wearing a face mask covering the mouth and nose.
  • Neck gaiters are not permitted.
  • All in attendance will also be subject to a temperature check.

Clear Bag Policy

  • To provide a safer environment for the public and expedite guest entry into the stadium, Exploria Stadium policy limits and restricts the size and type of bags that are permitted into the stadium during Exploria Stadium events and any other in-stadium public event. The Club encourages guests not to bring any bags, however, the following will be permitted:
    • One clear bag no larger than 12″  x 6″ x 12″ OR a one-gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).
    • Guests may carry a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a strap.
    • Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse.
    • Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag. Diaper bags are not permitted.
    • Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.
    • Blankets should be carried over the shoulder to be screened more quickly.
    • Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones may be carried in loosely or in an approved clear bag.

    Items cannot be checked at the gates.  Guests will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car or dispose of prohibited items at the gate. Exploria Stadium and its affiliates are not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Guests will be asked to enter through either Gate D (located on the west side of the stadium on Glenn Avenue) or Gate A (located in the southeast corner of the stadium on West Church Street).

  • Events taking place outdoors at The Plaza Live will be held in the lot in front of the building.

  • Golf carts will be at outdoor events to assist patrons from their cars to the concert seating area. These golf carts will run before and after the concert.

Your event tickets

  • Due to the nature of this venue, as well as the seating process, patrons will not be receiving physical or print-at-home tickets for this concert. Instead, ticketholders will be checked in upon arrival based on a master list of all ticket holders.
  • You should receive an email confirmation for your tickets from boxoffice@orlandophil.org. If you need assistance, you may contact the Box Office at 407.770.0071 or boxoffice@orlandophil.org.

  • Subscriber seating will be arranged at cocktail tables with chairs towards the front of the seating area.
  • VIP ticket holders will have seating at cocktail tables with chairs.
  • GA ticket holders will have a socially distanced seating area in the rear of the concert seating area and will need to bring their own blankets and chairs.

  • Parking is available for free on-site. There are two large parking lots at Mead Garden. One is located to the left just inside the main entrance gate. The second is located just outside the main entrance gate South on Denning Drive.

  • There is a guest drop-off and pick-up area located on the main entrance road. Guests will be able to drop-off members of their party or chairs and other event belongings and then proceed to one of the surface parking lots.
