Join us on Monday, May 11 at the Edgewater High School Auditorium as Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra musicians join Edgewater High School students and Howard Middle School students in a collaborative Side by Side concert! This event is free and open to the public.
About the Side by Side program
Side by Side concerts are an opportunity for public school students to receive instruction and guidelines from Orlando Philharmonic musicians in a small group setting. OPO musicians are sent to schools to lead sectionals, where students of the same instrument learn not only from our musicians, but from each other. The students hard work pays off when the OPO section leaders will play Side by Side on the music they studied at a concert held at the school.
