With our upcoming Season around the corner, we’re looking to partner with a local artist to have their work featured on our 25/26 Season program book cover, distributed at our Classics Series and Pops Series concerts.
At the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, we deeply value our local creative community and recognize the incredible talent that surrounds us. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting and celebrating local artists. We’re excited to build a partnership that not only elevates our visual storytelling but also offers a meaningful platform for a local artist to shine. Together, we can create something truly special.
Our Ask
The given theme for the art should reflect weightlessness, flight, joy, freedom, or resilience.
The artwork should be composed in a way that allows for event title and text and OPO logo to be layered on top. We encourage designs with open space or balanced composition. Areas of lighter color, soft gradients, or intentional blank space are encouraged to help accommodate event information, such as abstract.
The artwork must be in vertical format with a size of 5.625″x8.625″ (540×828 px) with bleed area and a 300 dpi. Images can be submitted as pdf, jpg, or png files for review, but the finalist must be able to provide a vector file of the work.
Compensation
The finalist will receive:
- Exposure to over 155,000 patrons annually
- Facebook and Instagram announcement recognition
- 1/2 page ad in the program. Includes headshot, signature and short bio
- 4 tickets to a concert of your choice
- Framed final copy of the program cover
- Small initials shown within program booklet
Project Timeline
Submit the application below by Friday, August 1st. A committee will review the applications and a selection will be made by Monday, August 11th. Once the selected artist has accepted the offer, the art will be sent to print.
