ABOUT THE PLAVE LIVE
Constructed in 1963 as the city’s first 2-screen movie theater, the historic The Plaza Live is a non-profit foundation and is home to the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. In the early 1990’s, the movie theater was converted into a live-performance venue and has reserved seating capacity of 903, and GA standing room only capacity of 1,250. The Plaza Live completed additional renovations in 2024. As a historic venue, there is no elevators to the balcony, though ADA seating is available on the first floor.
