The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (OPO) welcomes several new members to the Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 Season. Their commitment to serving on the OPO Board of Directors will have a lasting and positive impact on the Central Florida arts community.
Sheri Richardson
Executive Director of Marketing, AdventHealth
Sheri Richardson is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in healthcare and media communications. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing at AdventHealth since June 2012, Richardson has played a pivotal role in growing budgeted volume goals across multiple service lines and launched the new Primary Health Division to enhance business models and increase patient volume. Previous roles include Marketing Director at AdventHealth, overseeing urgent care and primary care services, and significant positions such as Marketing Manager at Enzian and Media Communications Specialist at HSN, where Richardson also served as an on-air spokesperson. With a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, Richardson’s diverse background includes leadership in brand marketing, media relations, and healthcare service strategy development.
Barbara Interlicchio
Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking, Valley Bank
Barbara Interlicchio is Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking for Central Florida at Valley Bank, where she leads a team focused on middle market and commercial clients. Beginning her career in the early 2000’s, she brings a strong foundation in credit underwriting and a client-focused approach to delivering complex financial solutions. Barbara is known for building lasting relationships and driving successful outcomes for a diverse range of clients. A graduate of the University of Miami with a BBA in Finance, she is also active in the community, serving on the board of Kick Off For Kids and participating in organizations such as CREW, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Orlando Economic Partnership.
Seann Graddy
Vice President and Executive Producer, EA Sports
Seann Graddy is the Vice President and Executive Producer at EA Sports, overseeing the Madden NFL franchise at Electronic Arts. With over two decades of experience in game development, Graddy began has played key production roles on major sports titles including NASCAR, NCAA Football, NBA Live, and Madden. Known for leading innovation across gameplay and technology, he continues to drive the creative vision and production of one of the industry’s most iconic sports gaming franchises.
