Students at the Symphony

About the Program

Students at the Symphony, made possible through the generous support of Linda and Jack Allen, is an educational initiative that provides complimentary concert tickets for students to experience live performances by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.

Designed to expand access to orchestral music, the program seeks to inspire young audiences, cultivate a lasting appreciation for the arts, and create meaningful, memorable cultural experiences. For many participants, Students at the Symphony represents a first encounter with the power and artistry of live classical music, opening the door to creativity, curiosity, and lifelong artistic engagement.

Participating schools and programs include Bishop Moore, A Gift For Music, El Sistema, and Lake Highland.

Through this initiative, Students at the Symphony nurtures the next generation of music lovers and ensures that the transformative impact of orchestral music remains accessible to young people across our community.

Get Involved

Sponsorship of Students at the Symphony will give young people the experience of select concerts throughout the Season: a full school year of inspiration and discovery.

The Orlando Philharmonic is committed to showcasing the importance of this program. As a generous donor, you will receive:

  • Premium Tickets: Enjoy tickets to a matinee performance and meet the students at intermission! Hear directly from our students about their experience with the music.
  • Social Media and Marketing Recognition: Your support will be acknowledged across all OPO social media platforms and in relevant marketing materials, highlighting your contribution to a wide audience.
  • Impactful Testimonials: Hear directly from the young people and parents who benefit from your sponsorship. Testimonials will share the impact your support has on their lives.

Investing in the OPO contributes to the cultural enrichment and educational advancement of our community. We are grateful for the music educators and parents around Central Florida who encourage and enable their students to take advantage of this opportunity. Thank you!
