Free parking is located at the Altamonte Springs Shopping Mall surface lot at 374 E Altamonte Dr and parking garage at 443 E Altamonte Dr. VIP will have reserved parking, which will be communicated to VIP ticket holders.
Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome to be brought in with bags and coolers. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Alcohol will be available for sale at multiple pop up bars throughout the venue. We are still working with the venue to determine what food options will be available for sale – at this time, food will not be sold.
The amphitheater offers tiered seating. The lowest level, closest to the stage, will be reserved for VIP. Tables and chairs will be provided for VIP guests. General Admission seating begins on the tiered steps and up through the Cranes Roost Blvd street area. Please note – chairs will not be allowed on the tiered seating levels as the steps do not support chair legs. It is recommended to bring stadium cushions if sitting in this area. The orchestra will perform from the amphitheater stage located in the middle of Cranes Roost. The floating stage and tent will be moved further out onto the middle of the water.
VIP will open at 5:30, General Admission at 6 p.m. There will be two security entrances, one on either side of the park.
VIP will sit on the lower level in front of the stage. Chairs will be provided for VIP ticket holders.
Multiple bathrooms will be onsite. There are permanent restrooms located on the east side of Cranes Roost, part which are public restrooms. There will also be rental restroom trailers located throughout the event site.
