Patron Services Associate
John joined the OPO box office team in Fall 2022. He graduated from University of North Florida in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education, and relocated to Orlando in early 2017 where he taught Middle and High School Language Arts. Most recently he worked at Universal Orlando Resort in the ticket sales department. With over ten years of experience in hospitality and customer service, he enjoys problem-solving and helping others. He spends his free time playing video and board games, reading anything from comic books to literary criticism, and attempting to keep up with the exponentially expanding amount of content in the age of peak television.
