The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (OPO) Board of Directors has elected Priscilla Azzolini as its new Board Chair. Azzolini, a dedicated member of the OPO board since 2017, brings a wealth of experience and passion for the arts to her new role. Her term begins immediately.
“These are exciting times for the Orlando Philharmonic, and Priscilla will provide dynamic, forward-thinking leadership that reflects her extensive experience and commitment to the arts,” said Karina Bharne, executive director of the OPO. “With her strong background in marketing and governance, coupled with her deep connection to the community, Priscilla is the perfect choice to lead our Board as we continue to grow and innovate. I am thrilled to work with her!”
Priscilla has been an active member of several key committees within the OPO, including the Marketing & Sales Committee, Membership & Governance Committee, and Executive Committee. In addition to her work with the OPO, she serves on the Board of Governors at the Citrus Club, and is an active member of the Women’s Executive Exchange and Downtown Toastmasters.
“I am honored to be asked to lead the Orlando Philharmonic Board as we continue to enrich the cultural fabric of our community,” said Priscilla Azzolini. “With the talented musicians, dedicated staff, and the unwavering support of our donors and Friends, I look forward to advancing the OPO’s mission and vision. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Priscilla enjoys reading, spending time with her dachshund Maggie, and exploring new travel destinations.
